Her journey began with an innate drive and a deep love of exploration. She opened her first business, a women's retail boutique in St. Louis, just two months after college graduation, where she honed her business acumen, discovered the power of community, and began to feel the first stirrings of a deeper calling. That calling led her to launch Source Retail Consulting, sell everything, pack up her family, and spend 3 transformative years traveling through the US and Central America — a journey that ultimately brought her home to herself.

It was beside the sacred Machuga River in Costa Rica where Sarah began to fully embrace the beauty of the feminine, soften into healing, and crystallize the vision of what she was here to create. Since returning, she has written her first book, built a thriving retreat business, and woven together a body of work that reflects her truest self.
